Reporting Guide

How it works

DONG-A Specialty Chemical Co., Ltd. (DASCO) operates a reporting channel in pursuit of a transparent and fair corporate culture. Anyone — employees, partners, customers, or members of the community — may report anonymously or under their own name, and the protection of reporters is rigorously guaranteed in accordance with company policy.

Four principles of reporter protection

01
Identity confidentiality
IP addresses are neither tracked nor stored, and no identifying information such as your name or contact details is required for anonymous reports.
02
No retaliation
No disadvantage of any kind — to your status, finances, work, mental or physical well-being — will be imposed on account of a report.
03
Guaranteed confidentiality
A reporter’s identity and the content of a report are accessible only to the minimum number of authorized personnel and are never disclosed to third parties without consent.
04
Protection of good faith
Regardless of whether the report ultimately proves true, the principles of protection apply to any report made in good faith.

Handling procedure

01
Receipt and confirmation
Submitted through the report form. An ID and tracking password are issued immediately upon receipt.
02
Initial review and triage
The responsible department and priority are determined according to the report type and severity of the matter.
03
Investigation planning and conduct
Conducted by dedicated personnel or with external advisory support. Investigation takes 7–14 business days.
04
Reporting and deliberation
Findings are reported to management and, depending on the matter, deliberated by the committee.
05
Decision and action
Necessary measures such as disciplinary action, recurrence-prevention steps, and reporting to relevant authorities.
06
Notification of outcome
The reporter is notified of the investigation outcome. If a reply is requested, it can be checked via email or the results page.

※ If you object to the notified outcome, you may request a review in accordance with the “Appeal Procedure” below; the case is finally closed once the appeal period has lapsed or the review has concluded.

Guide to writing a report

  • Record the details following the Five Ws and one H (who, when, where, what, how, why).
  • Specify the real names, affiliations, and positions of the people involved as concretely as possible.
  • State clearly when, where, and how often the incident occurred (e.g., around December XX, 2024).
  • If you have supporting evidence, attach it as PDF, JPG, MP4, etc. (up to 5 files, 20 MB each).
  • Write based on facts rather than speculation — unfounded accusations may result in the case being closed.
