Rejection of Unauthorized Email Collection
We refuse to allow any email address posted on this website to be collected without authorization using email-harvesting programs or other technical devices. Please be advised that any violation may result in criminal punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
(1) No person shall collect email addresses by using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from an internet website that explicitly states its intent to refuse the collection of email addresses.
(2) No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
(3) No person shall use, for the transmission of information, email addresses while knowing that they are addresses whose collection, sale, and distribution are prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2).
Penalties for Violation
Any person who collects, sells, or distributes email addresses in violation of the provisions above, or who uses them for the transmission of information, may be subject to punishment in accordance with the relevant statutes.
